overview
Starbucks.com/Careers was chosen as the first pages to be migrated to a brand new Content Management System (CMS). Working cross-functionally with the Global Digital Products team who created the original wireframes, the internal client - Talent Acquisition who provided content and a vendor, Formidable developing the CMS, my role was a visual designer in the process.
I updated the wireframes and mocked up all pages, created a new set of icons for Benefits and Perks used across the site and developed documentation of best practices and templates for image usage and iconography. The icons were developed to compliment the Starbucks Rewards Program iconography created by the extremely talented Trevor Basset, but altered and simplified to align with Starbucks core branding and color palette. Most photos were sourced, though some I took myself in my previous role in Operations.
