As a design manager, I lead by example, communicating clear priorities, setting the strategic approach, and coaching and developing my team. You will see me shine in environments where I can take a high-level approach to design strategy, to understand how everyone's contributions can best fit together to solve an organization's common goals. I strongly believe in dedicating time to developing individuals' talents on a team to create a positive, open environment built on trust.
